• Robust creative instincts backed by strategic thinking.
• A deep understanding of internet culture, trends, communities and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to turn insights into campaign ideas, content IPs and platform-first strategies.
• Robust storytelling and deck-building skills.
• An understanding of creators, social media, PR and distribution-led thinking.
• Someone curious, proactive and constantly consuming culture. Basically: You don't just know what's trending. You understand why it's trending and what a brand can do with it.
