• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per roster) Role Overview As a Tech L2 Support Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless support experience for learners across PhysicsWallah's diverse product ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure of student concerns.

Key Responsibilities
• Resolve Level 2 technical issues across 60+ PhysicsWallah products.
• Diagnose, investigate, and troubleshoot user-reported concerns.
• Coordinate with POD, Product,



and Engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Follow up with students to provide timely updates and ensure closure.
• Document issues, resolutions, and recurring trends accurately.
• Adhere to rotational shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, as assigned. Eligibility & Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of technology concepts and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, APIs, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
