Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Trainee Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate must have 2–3 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel and should possess strong knowledge of service standards, guest handling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations.
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Guide and support stewards/waiters during service.
Handle basic guest complaints and escalate when required.
Ensure proper table setup as per hotel standards.
Coordinate with kitchen for smooth order flow.
Maintain hygiene and grooming standards at all times.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel (Mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of service procedures and POS systems.
Ability to work in shifts and handle busy service hours.
Skilled grooming and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
