We are looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery Executive to handle the delivery and collection of documents, parcels and other office-related materials, ensuring timely and secure delivery to the intended recipients.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and collect documents, parcels and other materials from banks, offices, clients and business partners.
Ensure the protected and timely delivery of significant documents.
Obtain acknowledgements or signatures for delivered documents wherever required.
Coordinate with the Admin team regarding delivery schedules and priorities.
Handle confidential documents carefully and maintain their security.
Maintain delivery records and submit proof of delivery to the concerned department.
Assist with bank visits, courier bookings and other official errands as required.
Follow the assigned routes and report any delays or delivery issues promptly.
Perform other duties related to delivery and administrative support as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th standard.




Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory if the role requires riding a company or personal two-wheeler.
Familiarity with Chennai routes and local areas.
Prior experience in delivery, courier services or office errands is preferred.
Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Punctual, trustworthy and responsible, with attention to document confidentiality.
