Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
Communicate with customers professionally and provide accurate information.
Understand customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Achieve daily performance targets and maintain service quality.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria
Fluency in speaking Malayalam is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates should be willing to work in Coimbatore.
