Job Summary

Indian Surgical Company is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the proper storage and movement of goods. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with the purchase, sales, and dispatch departments.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily stock records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders and invoices.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of products.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about low-stock items.
Maintain inward and outward registers and update inventory records regularly.
Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and dispatch teams for timely material movement.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained properly.




Prepare stock reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling.
Ensure proper handling and storage of surgical and medical products, wherever applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Previous experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of stock registers, inventory records, and stock reconciliation.
Positive organizational and record-keeping skills.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Ability to coordinate with different departments and work within deadlines.

Experience
Freshers with basic computer knowledge may apply.
Experienced candidates in store management, inventory control, or medical/surgical product handling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
