We are hiring Experience Biometric Machine Engineer/ Bio Face Reader Engineer/Access Control System Engineer in South Delhi Area.

Key Responsibilities
Visit client locations to diagnose and resolve technical Issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, Biometric Machine, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
Provide technical support for operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Perform regular maintenance, system upgrades, and equipment inspections.
Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and technical issues.
Coordinate with the internal IT team to resolve complex problems.
Explain technical solutions to customers and provide basic user training.

Required Skills

. Two Wheeler bike is mandatory
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Understanding of Biometric Machine, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.




Knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently at client locations.
Customer-service orientation and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification
ITI Diploma or BCA degree in ( HARDWARE AND Networking) IT, Electronics, or a related field.
ITI or relevant technical certification may also be considered, depending on the role.
