Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and verification of Bill of Materials (BOM).
Allotment of fabrication jobs to contractors based on production requirements.
Preparation and monitoring of DODL (Daily Order / Delivery List, as applicable).
Coordination with fabrication contractors to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Monitoring daily fabrication progress and pending work.
Coordination with the PPC, Production, Quality and Stores departments.
Verification of material availability and proper utilization.
Monitoring contractor performance, quality and delivery schedules.
Preparation of daily and monthly fabrication status reports.
Ensuring completion of fabrication work as per drawings and specifications.
