1+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Very positive hands-on experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong experience in sourcing and screening IT/Technology candidates.
APAC recruitment experience is a solid plus.
Must have client-facing recruitment experience.
Agency / staffing / consulting recruitment experience preferred — not in-house hiring.
Positive understanding of technical requirements and candidate evaluation.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
