Identify and develop current business opportunities in the recruitment and HR consulting industry.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
Connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Directors, and business owners.
Acquire current clients for permanent staffing, executive search, bulk hiring, and recruitment services.
Understand client hiring requirements and offer suitable recruitment solutions.
Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
Negotiate recruitment fees, payment terms, and service agreements with clients.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, client database, and follow-up records.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with clients for feedback, recent hiring mandates, and pending payments where required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
