Position: PYP Teacher
Department: Primary Years Programme (PYP)

Job Purpose

To facilitate engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework, fostering students’ critical thinking, creativity, independence, and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver inquiry-based, student-centered lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
Develop and implement Units of Inquiry through cooperative planning.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a secure, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Promote the IB Learner Profile attributes and international-mindedness.
Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with colleagues.
Participate in professional development and school activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of primary teaching experience preferred.
Prior IB PYP experience or training is an advantage.
Strong communication, classroom management, and planning skills.

Pay: Up to ₹39,000.00 per month
