1800AD is a premium ice cream brand offering Kulfi, Matka Kulfi, Popsicles and Gelato through online delivery and Retail partnerships.
Responsible for personally managing operations, staff, inventory and performance across all 4 delivery stores (Initially).
Solid marketing and sales skills to acquire current customers, develop retail partnerships and grow business.
Excellent leadership, execution and team management skills to get work done efficiently and maintain discipline.
Robust evaluation and analytical skills to monitor performance, control wastage and improve profitability.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are compulsory, with willingness to travel between all stores.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
