Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, cold calling, email, and other channels. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant media and digital marketing services. Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospective clients. Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified leads. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.



Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and business conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. ### Required Skills Solid communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in client interaction and pitching. Knowledge of lead generation and sales processes. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Good relationship-building and follow-up skills. Prior experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing is preferred. ### Performance Expectations Consistent lead generation and prospecting. Timely follow-ups and client relationship management. Achievement of assigned KPIs and business targets. Professional conduct and adherence to company policies.
