DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

Department: Dispatch / Stores

Reporting To: Production Manager
Job Purpose

To ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods through effective inventory management, order preparation, protected packing, logistics coordination, and documentation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain inventory records and verify physical stock.

Pick and prepare orders for reshaping and rework.

Coordinate with concerned teams to ensure material readiness.

Pack goods safely and prepare address labels and shipping documents.

Verify item specifications, quantities, and quality before dispatch.

Arrange shipments through courier services and transporters.

Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other required documents.

Manage and record returns, exchanges, and replacement materials.

Track shipments and follow up on delivery status.

Maintain daily dispatch reports and communicate delays or discrepancies.





Ensure proper housekeeping and secure handling of materials.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timely dispatch of orders.

Accuracy of items, quantities, and documentation.

Inventory record accuracy.

Minimum dispatch errors and transit damages.

Timely completion of dispatch documentation and reporting.
Qualification & Experience

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience: 2–5 years in dispatch, stores, or logistics.

Skills: Basic computer and Excel knowledge, coordination, attention to detail, and time management.

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
