Roles & Responsibilities
Operate and set up CNC Turning Lathe
Interpret engineering drawings for machining operations.
Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and program loading.
Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
keep work area clean and maintain 5S.
Optimize machining parameters for productivity and tool life.
Follow safety protocols and maintain production quality standards.
Report daily production and highlight any technical issues to supervisors.

Experience Required
2–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turning Lathe.
Knowledge of CNC programming basics and G/M codes preferred.
Familiarity with cutting tools, Turning processes.
Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
Experience in medium-scale manufacturing or mold/tooling industry is desirable.

Candidate Preffered Profile
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related field.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Team-oriented with valuable communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
