We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations to oversee facility management and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, team management, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility management and site operations
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance and support staff
Ensure smooth manpower deployment, attendance and shift scheduling
Help in manpower sourcing and take necessary steps to recruit employees
Visit sites, Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues promptly
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain service quality
Monitor staff performance, discipline and productivity
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of maintenance work
Prepare operational reports and maintain necessary records




Handle emergency situations and ensure quick resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in Private Security Company
Strong team handling and leadership skills
Positive communication and client management abilities
Ability to manage multiple sites/teams efficiently
Good knowledge of day-to-day facility operations
Candidates with experience in security, housekeeping, maintenance or integrated facility management will be preferred
