JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for manufacturing, assembling, fitting, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection moulds, PET blow moulds, and EBM moulds used in plastic packaging production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacture mould components as per approved drawings.
Operate and supervise CNC Milling, VMC, Lathe, Surface Grinding, EDM, Wire Cut EDM, and Polishing processes.
Assemble and fit moulds for trial and production.
Conduct mould trials and implement corrections.
Repair and maintain existing moulds to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of mould components.
Coordinate with mould designers for modifications and improvements.
Support production during mould breakdowns and troubleshooting.




Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Robust understanding of mould assembly, fitting, polishing, and troubleshooting.
Experience in PET preform moulds, cap moulds, closure moulds, PET blow moulds, and EBM moulds.
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Hands-on experience with tool room machinery.
Knowledge of mould steels, heat treatment, and surface finishes.

EDUCATION:

ITI Tool & Die Maker / Diploma Mechanical / Tool Engineering.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
