Key Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of Routing & Switching.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and learning skills.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
Work with LAN, WAN, VLAN, and wireless networking technologies.
Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols.
Support network documentation, inventory management, and asset tracking
Travel to client sites and data centre locations as required to support deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other operational activities.
Demonstrate valuable troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
