Job requires to build FEA models using Ansa for Abaqus / Nastran Solvers
Experience of Subsystem modelling like BIW, Doors, Cross Car beam, Bumpers & Trim Parts etc
Model build for Dyna Solver is added advantage
Experience in Shell, Solid, Hybrid & plastic modelling techniques with thickness / material properties assigned
Expert in Connection Modelling for Abaqus / Nastran / LS-Dyna




Subsystem assembly creation & debugging the model with quality checks as per BMW guidelines

Expert in Ansa
Expert in Abaqus & Nastran Solver
Able to do multitasking & easily switch between solvers
Should take ownership of the task & handle it independently
Positive understanding of errors occurred in model checks / debugging the model & how to fix them quickly
Have excellent communication skills both verbal & written

Must have technical skill
Positive knowledge of mechanical engineering

Static & Fatigue Analysis in Abaqus
