Required Furniture Sales and Marketing manager for a furniture manufacturing company.

Developing sales and marketing strategies and communicating job expectations by analyzing the existing gap, planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing job contributions
responsible for managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high qualified standard is achieved and that monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
Collect and analyses data on customer preferences and factors affecting product demands, and make business-oriented recommendations to the company.
Conduct market intelligence,



analyses competitors’ strategies, and report the same along with recommendations.
Provide knowledge of merchandise to customers by explaining complex features and differences between merchandise and providing purchasing advice to customers.
Provide superior customer service and support to the production system to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
