Experience: 5–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering; MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in supply chain and manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry, who has a strong interest in sales and marketing. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting supply chain solutions, and supporting business growth.
Identify and develop current business prospects in supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, and allied services.
Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients, particularly in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable supply chain solutions.
Participate in client meetings, sales presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, material handling,



in-plant logistics, and transportation.
Identify customer pain points and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Leverage knowledge of manufacturing processes and automotive supply chains to develop business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal operations and solution-design teams to prepare proposals and customer-specific solutions.
Support the development of marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
Prepare company presentations, service proposals, and client-specific pitch documents.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and relevant business forums.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets
Maintain customer databases, lead trackers, and sales pipeline reports.
Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into business.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
