About the Internship

Prompt Personnel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers and final-year students interested in gaining practical exposure to HR Compliance and statutory processes. This internship will provide hands-on experience in employee PF-related activities and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with PF nomination processes and employee documentation.

· Support Aadhaar seeding activities and employee data verification.

· Update employee exit details on the PF portal.

· Maintain and update employee records related to PF and statutory compliance.

· Coordinate with the HR and Compliance teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

· Assist with data entry,



documentation, and other compliance-related activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria

· Freshers and final-year students interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Positive attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Willingness to learn HR compliance processes and statutory procedures.

· Ability to commit to the full time, 3-month internship.
