Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyses, and document business and technical requirements.
Develop and support Target Operating Models (TOM) and cybersecurity strategies.
Prepare user stories, use cases, process maps, and acceptance test scenarios.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, IT teams, and vendors.
Prepare test plans and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational processes.
Support project implementation, business transition, and junior Business Analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst.
Experience in business requirements gathering and IT solution delivery.
Knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOM) and strategy development.




Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or Protected.
Valuable understanding of business process documentation and testing.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, planning, and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage changing priorities and work with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
