We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join as an HR Recruitment Intern. The role offers practical exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, client interaction, and basic HR processes, with guidance from experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Connect with candidates to understand their interest, availability, and basic fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and status updates
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers in Excel
Draft professional communication for candidates and clients
Assist with offer letters, documentation, and onboarding
