Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai (Work from Home)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Qnnox Loyalty Program team. The role involves selling and promoting our loyalty program to corporates and retailers, generating new business, developing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and approach potential corporate and retail clients.

● Pitch and sell the Qnnox Loyalty Program to prospective clients.

● Generate leads through calls, references, online research, and other channels.

● Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

● Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.

● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

● Achieve monthly sales targets assigned.

● Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and execution.

Requirements:





● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Solid convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

● Confident in dealing with corporate clients and retailers.

● Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

● Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

● Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

● Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, loyalty programs, or retail sales will be an advantage.

Compensation & Incentives:

● Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

● Monthly sales targets will be assigned.

● Performance-based incentives will be provided upon achieving the assigned targets.

● Higher performance may be rewarded with additional incentives and growth prospects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
