Job Description – Accountant

Location: Adibatla, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant with good administrative knowledge to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and general office-related activities. The candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily financial transactions, invoices, bills, vouchers, and accounting records.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Prepare sales, purchase, and expense reports.
Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and MS Excel.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Support payroll processing and maintain employee attendance and salary records.
Maintain company documents, files, and financial reports.




Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and other external parties.
Monitor office expenses, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Valuable knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Basic understanding of payroll and office administration.
Positive organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
