We are seeking a agile, result-oriented Assistant Professor to join our Business School faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, industry-relevant instruction to MBA students, conducting impactful research, and mentoring future business leaders.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Pedagogy
Deliver high-quality core and elective MBA courses using interactive teaching methodologies, including case studies, simulations, and experiential learning projects.
Design, update, and align curriculum with current global business trends and industry requirements.
Evaluate student performance through structured assessments, project evaluations, and exams.
Mentor and counsel MBA students on academic progress, career choices, and career development.

Research & Scholarly Activity
Publish research papers in peer-reviewed, indexed journals (e.g., ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science).
Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and capstone initiatives.




Write research proposals to secure external funding and consultancy projects.

Qualifications & ExperienceFor Assistant Professor:
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) / PGDM or equivalent with a first class
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching, research, or industry experience. Outstanding fresh Ph.D. graduates or MBA graduates with robust publication records may also be considered.
Publications: Track record of papers published or accepted in indexed journalsPublications: Demonstrated track record of high-impact research publications in reputed journals, along with experience guiding Ph.D./Postgraduate scholars.
