Looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
Develop documentation and reports to support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.

Job Requirements




Robust knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and configuration.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and technologies.
