Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional

Exp : 6+ years

Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore

Notice : Immediate/ 15 Days

Work Model & Flexibility:
Candidates must be open to working in shift schedules, including US hours.
Hybrid work model with at least 2 to 3 days working from office.

Interview Process:
1st Round: Virtual
2nd Round: Face-to-Face (F2F)
Note: At least one round must be attended in person (F2F)

Responsibilities:

6+ years of relevant Oracle HCM experience.
Solid hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
Mandatory: Solid experience in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
Robust understanding of HCM business processes and functional configurations.
Good technical understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, with an 80% Functional / 20% Technical profile.
Experience in implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as an HCM SME and collaborate with cross-functional teams
