Roles and Responsibility
Manage and implement effective HR strategies to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Oversee payroll processing, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Implement workforce management plans to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Ensure timely completion of all HR-related tasks and projects.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in factory HR or a related field.
Robust knowledge of labour laws, payroll, PF/ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
