Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to rental flats and apartments.
Visit assigned property locations as per the customer meetings scheduled by the RM.
Coordinate with customers and assist them during property visits.
Show rental properties to customers based on their requirements and preferences.
Explain basic property details and address initial customer queries.
Coordinate with the RM and internal sales team to ensure smooth property visits.
Travel regularly within the assigned location to facilitate property visits.
Eligibility Criteria:
Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
Own two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
Comfortable with 100% fieldwork and daily local travel.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Freshers with a willingness to work in the field can also apply.
