We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, compensation, notice period and career interests.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support talent mapping and market research.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Ensure a qualified and positive candidate experience.

Requirements
Graduate or postgraduate in HR,



Business Administration or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact confidently with candidates.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
