ServiceNow Developer ITSM / GRC-IRM / ITOM / HRSD

Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, GRC/IRM, ITOM, or HRSD.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Work on workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.
Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and implementation standards.

Requirements
3–8 years of overall IT experience.
Solid hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience in ITSM / GRC-IRM / ITOM / HRSD.
ServiceNow certification such as CSA / CIS is preferred.
Valuable understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.

Location

India – Hyderabad / Pune / Bengaluru / Chennai / Noida / Remote, depending on project requirements.
