Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct credit appraisal and assessment of loan proposals against property collateral, including affordable housing projects.
Evaluate financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness.
Identify potential risks associated with loan applications and recommend approval or rejection based on established policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to loan processing or underwriting.
Maintain accurate records of all credit decisions made.
