We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Test Engineer / QA Automation Lead with 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Java, and C# , with a proven track record of building scalable automation frameworks, driving quality initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions while ensuring high-quality software delivery across web-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright .
Create and execute automated test scripts using Java and C# .
Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback during design discussions.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results,



troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed defect reports.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across teams.
Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage, execution efficiency, and release quality.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and processes.

What youll bring
