Job Description
Connect with prospective students and guide them on suitable courses and learning programs.
Understand career goals, explain program advantages and convert leads into enrolments.
Handle calls, follow-ups, customer queries and sales closures.
Achieve individual sales targets and maintain lead details in CRM.
For Team Lead candidates, the role will initially involve individual sales targets, with an prospect to build and manage a team based on performance.

Requirements
Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech or Education Counselling preferred.
Robust communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
Candidates applying for the Team Lead track should have prior team-handling experience.

Salary
Academic Counsellor / Senior Academic Counsellor: Up to 7 LPA
Team Lead: Up to 11 LPA
