Role & responsibilities
In office Coordination: Regularly visit and supervise construction sites to guide masoncarpenters, painters, electricians, civil workers, and false-ceiling contractors.
Quality Control: Inspect work-in-progress against approved drawings and quality standards; resolve site discrepancies or design errors immediately.
Schedule Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly site progress to ensure projects stay aligned with the master timeline and delivery dates.
Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate deliveries of raw materials and custom-made furniture to the site, checking for quality and dimensions before installation.
Safety Compliance: Enforce basic site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work setting.
