Candidate Screening
Java + Spring Boot: Robust hands-on backend development experience is mandatory.
Microservices + REST APIs: Must have practical development experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
Angular or React: Must have hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework.
Database + SQL: Should be comfortable writing queries, joins, and optimizing performance.
End-to-End Development: Should have developed and integrated frontend and backend components.
Experience: 68 years of relevant hands-on Java Full Stack Development.
