PrimeSpace Realty is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for visiting commercial buildings, collecting office space inventory, building relationships with property owners, and supporting client visits for commercial office leasing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Visit commercial buildings and office spaces across Baner, Pune.

Identify available commercial properties for rent or lease.

Collect property inventory details, including available carpet area, rental rates, deposit, availability, and property amenities.

Collect and maintain property owners and authorized representatives contact details.

Build and maintain a database of commercial properties for PrimeSpace Realty.

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and property managers.





Coordinate and conduct site visits for clients looking for office spaces.

Understand client requirements and show suitable commercial properties.

Follow up with property owners and prospective clients.

Update daily activities, property inventory, and follow-ups in Excel or the company CRM.

Skills Required

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in meeting property owners and visiting commercial buildings.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

Willingness to travel locally within Baner and nearby areas.

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
