Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support for SAP MDG Supplier/Business Partner processes and integrations, including OData/API interfaces, data extraction, workflow, replication and production troubleshooting.

Experience

47 years in SAP technical development/support, including 2+ years in SAP MDG.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot MDG change requests, workflow, validation, derivation, replication and interface failures.
Support MDG OData/API services, IDocs, web services and data extraction requirements.
Analyze ABAP errors, dumps, application logs and interface payloads.
Support DRF replication, key/value mapping and downstream synchronization issues.
Work with functional teams to resolve supplier/BP data and governance defects.
Support integrations with data platforms such as Snowflake through approved APIs/interfaces.
Perform unit testing, defect fixes, transport coordination and production validation.
Maintain support runbooks, technical documentation and known-error records.





Required SAP / Technical Skills
SAP MDG technical support experience, preferably MDG-S / Business Partner.
ABAP debugging/development and understanding of BAdIs/enhancements.
Knowledge of OData/API, IDoc, SOAP/REST and JSON/XML integration patterns.
Working knowledge of DRF, workflow, BRFplus and MDG data models.
Understanding of supplier/BP master data and S/4HANA integration.
Solid troubleshooting and production-support discipline.

Preferred / Positive to Have
Snowflake/data-platform integration exposure.
SAP BTP/CPI experience.
Knowledge of SAP Gateway and API security.
