Talent Acquisition Specialist at Unbox Robotics

Responsibilities
Experience of Talent Acquisitions recruiting process.
Support Manager with various administrative tasks, as needed
Partner with hiring managers and work closely with the leadership team to understand talent needs, build hiring strategies, and deliver quality hires.
Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and closures.
Lead offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Drive and manage Internal Job Postings (IJP) and support internal mobility across teams.
Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
Coordinate and maintain the vendor database.
Campus hiring and institutional Engagement

Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & self-driven
Robust attention to detail.




Good with Excel.

Good to Have
Prior internship experience in a fast paced setting of startup.

Qualifications
Desired Qualification: Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
Work Experience: 1 year (Min) - 3 Years
