Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Billing & Quantity Surveying to manage client billing, quantity surveying, cost control, and subcontractor billing for industrial and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead client billing, including running account (RA) bills and final bills.
Handle BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
Verify and certify subcontractor and vendor bills.
Manage material reconciliation and monitor project costs against budgets.
Identify and manage variations, extra items, and client claims.
Prepare cost reports and highlight budget variances.




Lead and guide the billing and quantity surveying team.
Read and interpret project drawings for accurate quantity estimation.

Requirements
12–15 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying.
Solid experience in industrial projects, including BOQ, client billing, and cost control.
Exposure to interior fit-out projects.
Valuable knowledge of RA bills, rate analysis, subcontractor billing, reconciliation, and variations.
Solid MS Excel skills and ability to read technical drawings.
Qualification: Civil Engineering degree or diploma (subject to client confirmation).
