Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall management and performance of the company.
Own company-level Revenue, P&L;, Profitability and Growth targets.
Develop and execute annual business plans and growth strategies.
Lead and manage Business Development, Operations and other functional teams.
Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Conduct meetings and negotiations with key corporate customers.
Lead closure of major business deals and long-term contracts.
Monitor FTL operations, service quality and branch profitability.
Review performance of branches and department heads through defined KPIs.
Build, lead and mentor a strong management team.
Oversee Legal, Contractual, Statutory and Compliance requirements.
Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Develop and execute PAN-India business and branch expansion plans.
Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with key customers, vendors and business partners.
Implement robust SOPs, MIS and performance review systems.




Report business performance and strategic initiatives to the Managing Director/Board.

Preferred candidate profile
1520+ years of experience in 3PL Logistics, FTL Transportation, Road Transportation or Supply Chain.
Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership position such as President / Vice President / COO / Business Head / National Head.
Strong knowledge of FTL transportation and PAN-India logistics operations.
Proven experience in handling company/business unit P&L; and profitability.
Strong experience in B2B business development and corporate customer acquisition.
Experience managing multiple branches, departments and senior-level teams.
Proven ability to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Robust commercial negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Experience in business expansion and opening/developing current markets.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
