Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance SAP ABAP-HR objects and integration solutions.
• Work on custom developments across RICEFW components.
• Build and support OData services and Web Dynpro applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and maintain existing SAP HR solutions.
Core Requirements
7+ years of overall IT experience with solid SAP ABAP expertise.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR.
• Solid knowledge of OData, Web Dynpro, RICEFW, and SAP integrations.
• Experience working with SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA settings is advantageous.
