ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
6+ Years of experience in OT systems within manufacturing settings.
Robust knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus, etc.).
Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) and SCADA systems.
Experience with SCADA, MES, Historian, IIoT platforms and other shopfloor systems.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and standards for OT environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with cloud-based OT/IIoT platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.).
Knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Valuable knowledge of cloud hyper scaler either Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is essential.
Must have prior experience of collaborating with clients in requirements discussion,



architecture discussion and design discussions and should be independently able to lead these discussions.
Candidate should be fluent in agile delivery model with experience in working with any of the agile product management tool, preferably Azure Boards.
Experience of creating responses to customer requests for information and proposals is highly desirable.
Project experience of working with MSSQL, My SQL would be highly desirable.
Ability to make and effectively communicate decisions. The candidate should know how to disagree, how to address opposition, how to navigate the conflicts in multi-stakeholder requirement and how to build consensus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential to be able communicate in a global team and with global clients.
