We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager to recruit, mentor, and drive a high-performing team in Wakad, Pune. You will set targets, manage pipeline performance, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership Performance: lead, mentor, and manage agents to hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets
Pipeline Deal Management: weekly reviews, monitor activity (calls, site visits, proposals), assist in closing complex deals
Recruitment Onboarding: source, interview, and onboard top sales talent
Training Mentorship: design training on sales techniques, negotiation, objection handling, and market trends
Strategy Forecasting: partner with leadership to define strategies, quotas, and forecasts
Compliance Quality Assurance:



ensure transactions and documentation adhere to legal and company policies

Requirements
Proven track record in real estate sales with leadership/coaching experience
Exceptional team-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid pipeline management and forecasting ability
Knowledge of Pune/PCMC market and RERA compliance
