Role & responsibilities
Campaign and launch coordination

Support the Brand Manager in running MG campaigns and product launches from brief to delivery. Track timelines, deliverables and approvals, and keep every team and agency on schedule. Coordinate shoots, production and adaptations with creative and production partners.
Agency and vendor management

Act as the day-to-day contact for creative, media and production agencies on MG brand work. Share briefs, consolidate feedback and follow up until work is delivered on time and on brand. Raise purchase orders, track estimates and invoices, and follow vendor payments to closure.
Brand consistency and asset management

Check every asset against MG brand guidelines before it is released. Maintain an organised library of MG films, photography, key visuals and brand files. Share the right assets with digital, social, retail, hyperlocal and dealer teams when they need them.
Budget tracking and reporting

Maintain the MG brand budget tracker, covering commitments, spends and balances. Prepare campaign reports,



competition updates and review presentations for the Brand Manager.
Cross-functional support

Coordinate with product, sales, PR and the marketing COEs for inputs, approvals and launch materials. Support brochures, showroom material and dealer communication updates for the MG portfolio.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 4 years of experience in a brand, marketing or advertising agency role. Experience coordinating with creative, media or production agencies.

Robust skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort with trackers and reporting. Transparent written and spoken English. Graduate degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

Positive to have

Experience in automotive, consumer durables or other consumer categories. Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor management and budget tracking. Basic understanding of design, print and production processes.
