Role & responsibilities

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations.
Maintain employee master data and organizational information in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors & ADP.
Prepare standard PO documentation and employee records.
Process employee requests received through the global ticketing platform.




Perform data validation and quality checks.
Collaborate with regional PO teams to resolve administrative requests.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in PO Administration or a Shared Services environment.
Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP.
Very robust English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Customer-focused, collaborative and process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data quality.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to adapt working hours to the US time zone.
