Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure quality control and assurance of concrete materials, including admixtures, aggregates, batching plants, cement plants, and ready mix concrete.
Conduct regular Sub plant visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues or defects.
Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical queries related to concrete technology.
Provide training on QA/QC procedures to team members.
