Isharya is looking for a customer-focused Fashion Consultant for its store in Mumbai.
The role involves delivering a premium in-store shopping experience, understanding customer preferences, styling customers with fashion jewellery and accessories, and achieving individual and store sales targets.
The candidate will support daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock management, billing, customer follow-ups and clienteling while maintaining the brand's luxury service standards.
The ideal candidate is polished, confident, commercially aware and comfortable working in a target-driven retail setting.
